TURNAROUNDS  

Make sure the e-mail, names and phone number you submit with your order is correct. This will be used for communications purposes. With each piece, you are responsible for entering the correct information with the from provided. We will send you a quote after you fill out the form. For custom orders, a 50% will be due before we will begin the process. Please allow 10 business days to receive a digital proof when you submit your final wording and text. FOR SEMI-CUSTOM AND CUSTOM SUITES : Each round of revisions will take 2 business days. Once your order is approved we will prepare your files for printing or press printing. Digital printed orders take approximately 12-15 business days for printing. Letterpress and foil printed orders take approximately 20-25 business days. Embellishments like ribbon and wax seals increase the turnaround time by 5-10 business days.  

REVISIONS  

Two rounds of revisions are included, ADDITIONAL round of revisions has a cost of $50.  

COLORS

Colors may vary from screen to screen. We are not responsible if it is not exactly the color you have seen on your computer.

RUSH ORDERS  

If we are able to produce it, then an additional 30% of your total will be charged for rush fees.   

DESIGN OWNERSHIP 

All rights reserved to MARGOT PAPER. Any unauthorized use of the material will be considered a breach of intellectual property rights of MARGOT PAPER. You may not reproduce, dismantle, decompile modify or create derivative works with respect to the information/content exchanged. MARGOT PAPER does not sell any digital form of our semi-custom suite or custom work. MARGOT PAPER reserved the rights to the art that it creates. All files exchanges during communication will have a watermark on them and are for REVIEW only.

SHIPPING   

Shipping charges for all wedding invitations will be calculated once the project is complete and ready to ship. A small shipping fee will be automatically added to your order, it will be credited to your final Shipping Invoice. All orders are delivered Monday - Friday. Delivery is tracked and will require a signature to provide proof of receipt. You are responsible for shipping charges and will be asked to pay the final amount by a separate invoice.  Shipping is calculated once your invitations are completed and weighed. For domestic shipping, the average shipping charge is anywhere between $20 to $80 and for international shipments, the price varies between $80 to $150 depending on the weight and transit time of your choice. Please note these prices are an estimate and not final.

All packages include a shipment tracking number. We recommend ordering your paper goods as early as possible to allow for transport and customs in your country. Be sure to note that international orders may be charged a tax or tariff upon entry to your country. Any customs and import taxes that may apply will be the customer's responsibility.   

ENVELOPE ADDRESSING 

If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client. Please, be aware that the use of cursive fonts may increase the chance of returned envelopes by the Post Office. We are not responsible for envelopes returned or lost by the Post Office. Any envelopes that need to be re-addressed due to a return by the Post office will be charged in full for material and service.    

HANDMADE PRODUCTS  

Everything on our website that is specified as "handmade" or "hand assembled", may vary due to its handmade nature. Our handmade papers are made by hand, there may be size, shape and color variations from pieces to pieces. We consider handmade paper imperfections to be a part of the paper's unique charm. Shape of wax seals may differ from pieces to pieces. Hand torn and dyed silk ribbons can also differ.
